POLICIES
CANCELLATION
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to refrain from a fee.
PRICING
All listed prices are base prices. Price may go up depending on the stylist and length and volume of hair. We recommend booking an in-person consultation if you have questions about pricing.
SERVICE GUARANTEE/REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Although Christie-Adam Salon & Spa does not offer refunds for services, we do have a 1-week grace period to let us know if there is anything you would like redone, free of charge. If you let us know within one week of your appointment, we will schedule you for a redo as soon as possible.
PRODUCT RETURN
Each client is allowed to return products within 2 weeks of purchase IF they have given their information when purchasing AND IF the product has not been opened. If you do not provide information at check out, we cannot accept returns from those clients, as we would not have your information in our system, and therefore cannot refund the purchase to that account.
DEPOSITS
Christie-Adam Salon & Spa may require a deposit at the time of booking based on length of appointment, previous no-show history, or total price of service being performed.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our salon and spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, per managerial discretion.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all guests, children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the salon during appointments. Due to the use of professional equipment, chemicals, and limited salon space, unattended children can create safety concerns and disrupt the experience of other guests.
Clients who arrive with children not scheduled for services may be required to reschedule or cancel their appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm and professional salon environment.
